All our packages are fully insured and shipping time frames described above applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. Express shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.

Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. MyNameNecklace has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.

Due to current COVID-19 situation, you can now change your shipping address up to 48 hours after placing your order.
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.
The estimated Shipping date is based on the selected shipping method.Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.

With additional safety precautions around COVID-19 we are fulfilling all orders in a timely manner with 95% of our orders arriving on time. Some deliveries may be delayed and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Please note that we ship all orders from our Brooklyn warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 1PM Eastern Time, the order will be shipped that same day.
For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 14-21 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
Once we handpack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courrier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Adinas Jewels does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
